1. Attendance and Departure policy & School Timings:
Security and safety is
considered one of the most important priorities of Al-Faisal Academy, where we
are keen to maintain the safety of the student in the class or outside it, and
adherence to the policy of attendance and departure of students is one of the
most important measures that apply to enhance security and safety, including
the following:
· Receiving students at the
Academy starts at six in the morning.
· Students are received from Gate
(2), and then the student goes to the gathering place for each stage.
· Duty shifts with students start
from six in the morning and the duties are
distributed to all facilities and buildings.
· When the student is late, the
delay calculation starts from 7:30 am. Students
receive a late entry permit, and the receptionist records the student’s
attendance in the late students file.
· In the case that the student is
late in the morning, the guardian is summoned to
sign a pledge to take responsibility for the lessons in which the student did
not attend.
· Students leave daily at at 1:15
pm for years 1, 2 and 3 and at 1:30 pm for years 4, 5 and 6
· In case of some
parents are late in accompanying students at the end of the school day,
accompanying shifts are provided for students until the guardian arrives, and
the student is taken and end at 2:30 pm .
· The parent must adhere to the
attendance and departure regulations and student
policies
